Pakistani Beef Patties (peshawari Chapli Kabab)

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, fresh coriander, fresh mint, dried pomegranate seeds, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, ground coriander, ground cumin, black pepper, salt, and egg. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat round patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
- Serve the Pakistani Beef Patties hot with naan bread, raita, and salad.
