Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 parathas (flatbread)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the beef patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
  4. Warm the parathas on a separate pan or griddle.
  5. Spread a spoonful of yogurt and mint chutney on each paratha.
  6. Place a beef patty in the center of each paratha and fold the sides to form a roll.
  7. Serve the Chapli Kabab Paratha Rolls hot with extra mint chutney on the side.
