Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 parathas (flatbread)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup mint chutney
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the beef patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
- Warm the parathas on a separate pan or griddle.
- Spread a spoonful of yogurt and mint chutney on each paratha.
- Place a beef patty in the center of each paratha and fold the sides to form a roll.
- Serve the Chapli Kabab Paratha Rolls hot with extra mint chutney on the side.
