Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup liver spread
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, soy sauce, and vinegar. Add the bay leaf and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 1.5 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper. Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the liver spread and cook for another 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
