Ingredients
- 1 lb beef brisket, cut into cubes
- 8 cups water
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 2 tomatoes, quartered

- 2 cups spinach
- 3 tbsp tamarind soup base
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the beef brisket and simmer for 1.5 hours or until tender.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, and tamarind soup base. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the radish, eggplant, and string beans. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
