Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks

- 1 cup water
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced

Instructions

- Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and cook until slightly softened.
