Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into chunks

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
