Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
- Sear the fish fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic, onion, and bell pepper until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Pour in the soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Stir to combine.
- Return the fish fillets to the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
