Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
- Add pineapple chunks and the sauce mixture to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir to combine with the pineapple and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
