Palauan Pineapple Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
