Palauan Shrimp Pancit

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz pancit noodles
  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
