Paleo Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
