Paleo Beef And Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, arrowroot powder, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of avocado oil in the same skillet. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened and the beef is cooked through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stir fry hot and enjoy!
