Paleo Beef And Broccoli Stir Fry
This Paleo Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry is a delicious and healthy alternative to the classic takeout dish. Made with simple ingredients, this recipe is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, arrowroot powder, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of avocado oil in the same skillet. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet and pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened and the beef is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stir fry hot and enjoy!
