Paleo Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce and melted ghee or coconut oil.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
