Paleo Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
These Paleo Cauliflower Buffalo Wings are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional buffalo wings. They are perfect for game day or as a tasty appetizer for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce and melted ghee or coconut oil.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
