Paleo Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg, almond flour, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked to your liking.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
