Paleo Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the riced cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, egg, almond flour, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked to your liking.
- Slice and serve hot.
