Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
- Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the same skillet.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked turkey back to the skillet and stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
