Paleo Turkey And Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  3. Remove the turkey from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the same skillet.
  5. Add the onion, bell peppers, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Add the cooked turkey back to the skillet and stir to combine all the ingredients.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
