This Palestinian Falafel Pizza combines the flavors of traditional Palestinian falafel with the comfort of a pizza. It's a unique and delicious twist on two beloved dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 batch of falafel mix
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup of tahini sauce
- 1/4 cup of pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the hummus evenly over the dough.
- Form the falafel mix into small patties and place them on top of the hummus.
- Arrange the sliced red onion, diced tomato, and chopped parsley over the falafel.
