Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, sumac, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized, about 15 minutes.
