Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions, sumac, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
