Ingredients
- 500g fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tsp panch phoron (Bengali five-spice blend)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add panch phoron and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted and cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve hot as a side dish.
