Pampered Chef Taco Ring
This pampered chef taco ring is a delicious and fun twist on traditional tacos. It's perfect for a family dinner or a party, and it's sure to be a hit with everyone!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup salsa
- Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and sliced black olives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Add the taco seasoning, water, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on a large round baking stone or pizza pan with the wide ends overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. There should be a 5-inch diameter opening in the center.
- Scoop the meat mixture evenly onto the widest end of each triangle. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck under the wide ends of the dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and fill the center with salsa. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, and olives.
