Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed pumpkin
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  5. Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
