Pampushki Paradise

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Brush the risen dough balls with the garlic-infused oil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the pampushki with chopped fresh dill before serving.
