Pampushky Pizzazz

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes, then place in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Flatten each dough ball and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Spread pizza sauce on one side of each pampushka and sprinkle with cheese, pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve the pampushky pizzazz hot and enjoy!
