Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the pan de huevo for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool before serving.
