Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers, sugar, cinnamon stick, and grated ginger to the boiling water.

  4. Remove the pot from the heat and let the hibiscus mixture cool to room temperature.
  5. Strain the liquid into a pitcher, discarding the hibiscus flowers and other solids.
