Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
