- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200g ground beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt to make the pancake batter. Set aside.

- Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a skillet and cook the filled pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.
