Ingredients
- 1 lb bihon (rice noodles)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup green beans, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions
- Soak the bihon in water for about 10 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the cooking oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

- Gently add the soaked bihon noodles to the pan and toss with the other ingredients until well combined.
