Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/2 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Add the cabbage, carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan and toss with the pork and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the green onions. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
