Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1/2 lb pork, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked through.
  5. Add the cabbage, carrot, and snow peas. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan and toss with the pork and vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then add the green onions. Toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
