Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and cubed

- 4 cups water
- 1 pandan leaf, tied into a knot

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the sweet potato, taro, and pandan leaf. Simmer for 15 minutes until the sweet potato and taro are tender.
- Add the sago pearls and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Stir well and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the pandan leaf and discard.
- Divide the dessert soup into serving bowls and serve hot or cold.
