Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon Coorgi spice mix
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the pork chops with Coorgi spice mix, vinegar, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated pork chops and cook until they are browned on both sides.
- Add the tomatoes, green chilies, and salt. Cover and cook until the pork is tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
