Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon Coorgi spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork chops with Coorgi spice mix, vinegar, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated pork chops and cook until they are browned on both sides.
  4. Add the tomatoes, green chilies, and salt. Cover and cook until the pork is tender.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
