Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4-5 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Coorg vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Coorg vinegar, black pepper powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and green chilies until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated pork to the pan and cook on medium heat until the pork is tender and the spices are well incorporated.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
