Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts, soaked
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Now, add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Meanwhile, blend the soaked cashew nuts into a smooth paste.
- Add the cashew paste to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
- Add butter and cream, and mix well.
- Finally, add the paneer cubes and kasuri methi, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
