Paneer Tikka (crispy Paneer Tikka)

Ingredients
- 400g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Thread marinated paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Heat a grill pan or stovetop grill over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the paneer is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
