Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the marinated paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in garam masala and heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
