Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the marinated paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in garam masala and heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
