Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  4. Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  5. Pour in the marinated paneer along with the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add cream and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
