Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup cream
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Pour in the marinated paneer along with the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add cream and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
