Paneer Tikka Pasta

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the diced bell pepper and onion until they are slightly caramelized.
  4. Add the marinated paneer to the pan and cook until it is golden brown.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
