Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the diced bell pepper and onion until they are slightly caramelized.
- Add the marinated paneer to the pan and cook until it is golden brown.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
