Paneer Tikka (shahi Paneer Kebabs)

Ingredients
- 400g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes, onion wedges, and bell pepper cubes to the marinade. Coat them well and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Heat oil in a pan and place the skewers. Cook until the paneer and vegetables are charred and cooked through.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
