Paneer Tikka Sliders

Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 4 slider buns
- Sliced onions and tomatoes for garnish
- Mint chutney for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer until golden brown on all sides.
- Toast the slider buns on the pan.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the cooked paneer on the bottom half of the bun, topping with sliced onions and tomatoes, and spreading mint chutney on the top half of the bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
