Ingredients

  • 1 block of paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and grill the marinated paneer until golden brown.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled paneer on the tortillas and topping with diced onion, bell pepper, and tomato.
