Paneer Tikka Tacos
Paneer Tikka Tacos are a fusion of Indian and Mexican flavors, combining the traditional Indian paneer tikka with the convenience of a taco. These tacos are filled with marinated paneer, grilled to perfection, and topped with a tangy salsa and creamy yogurt sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 block of paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and grill the marinated paneer until golden brown.
- Warm the tortillas on the stovetop or in the microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled paneer on the tortillas and topping with diced onion, bell pepper, and tomato.
