Ingredients

  • 1 block of paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of tikka masala spice mix
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and tikka masala spice mix. Add the paneer cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated paneer cubes until they are slightly charred and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame until they are soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled paneer cubes on the tortillas and topping with sliced onions, bell peppers, and chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve the paneer tikka tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
