Ingredients
- 1 block of paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of tikka masala spice mix
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 small tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and tikka masala spice mix. Add the paneer cubes and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated paneer cubes until they are slightly charred and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame until they are soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled paneer cubes on the tortillas and topping with sliced onions, bell peppers, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve the paneer tikka tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
