Ingredients
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup paneer, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, cumin powder, chaat masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer and vegetables until they are slightly charred.
- Place the cooked paneer tikka on tostada shells and garnish with fresh cilantro.
