Paneer Tikka Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup paneer, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala paste, cumin powder, chaat masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Add paneer, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer and vegetables until they are slightly charred.
  4. Place the cooked paneer tikka on tostada shells and garnish with fresh cilantro.
