Pani Puri Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 12 Pani Puris
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (onions, bell peppers, tomatoes)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Pani Puri chutney
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Crush the top of each Pani Puri to create a small cavity for the toppings.
  2. Fill each Puri with the chopped vegetables and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place the filled Puris on a hot tawa (griddle) and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt on top of the melted cheese.
  5. Drizzle Pani Puri chutney over the mini pizzas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
