Pani Puri Pizzas
Pani Puri Pizzas are a fusion dish that combines the flavors of Indian street food with the concept of a classic Italian pizza. These mini pizzas are perfect for a fun and flavorful snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 12 Pani Puris
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (onions, bell peppers, tomatoes)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Pani Puri chutney
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Crush the top of each Pani Puri to create a small cavity for the toppings.
- Fill each Puri with the chopped vegetables and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the filled Puris on a hot tawa (griddle) and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt on top of the melted cheese.
- Drizzle Pani Puri chutney over the mini pizzas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
