Pani Puri Tacos

Ingredients
- 20 puris (Indian crispy hollow shells)
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/2 cup mint-coriander chutney
- 1 cup spiced yogurt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients as per the list.
- Make a hole in the top of each puri and fill them with a spoonful of mashed potatoes and chickpeas.
- Top each puri with chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney over the filled puris.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt over the puris.
- If using, add a dollop of spiced yogurt on top of each puri.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the crunchy and tangy Pani Puri Tacos!
