Panipopo

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and yeast. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Place the dough balls in a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the dough balls in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the coconut milk mixture has thickened.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
