Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned. Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside to cool.
- Take a boiled potato and make a hole in the center. Stuff the potato with the meat mixture and shape it into a ball.
- Roll the stuffed potato in flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the stuffed potatoes until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
