Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives, chopped

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Let the mashed potatoes cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, onion, raisins, chopped eggs, olives, cumin, and paprika to make the filling.
- Take a portion of the mashed potatoes, flatten it in your palm, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, and shape the potato around the filling to form a ball.
