Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Let the mashed potatoes cool.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, onion, raisins, chopped eggs, olives, cumin, and paprika to make the filling.
