Ingredients
- 4 pomfret fish, cleaned and slit
- 1 tablespoon Malvani masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- Marinate the pomfret fish with Malvani masala, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix rice flour and gram flour. Coat the marinated fish with this mixture.
- Heat oil in a tawa (flat pan) over medium heat. Place the coated fish on the tawa and drizzle some oil on top.
- Cook the fish for 5-6 minutes on each side or until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
