Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato, diced

Instructions
- Preheat a stovetop grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Place the avocado halves cut-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
