Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tomato, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a stovetop grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  3. Place the avocado halves cut-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
