Ingredients
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 pound chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, chopped

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cornmeal with a little water to form a dough. Roll the dough into small balls to make the dumplings.
- In a large pot, sauté the chicken, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomato until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the cumin, paprika, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Gently drop the cornmeal dumplings into the boiling broth. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
