Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the corn kernels and milk. Blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and then add the blended corn mixture, grated cheese, chopped onion, cornmeal, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
