Ingredients

  • 3 cups tapioca flour
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
