Ingredients
- 3 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef

- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the tapioca flour, grated cheese, milk, and eggs to form a dough.
