Ingredients
- 4 leeks, white and light green parts only, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Add the sliced leeks and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
